- GLITCH — a page that refuses to open, text belonging to a different book, a cover in the wrong place. Send the link and tell us what you are reading on.
- WISHLIST — a title you would like to find here. Name the book, the writer, and the language.
- SPONSOR — if you want advertising placed in front of our readers.
- DATA — inspection, correction or erasure requests. Our Privacy Policy lists everything we keep.
How quickly we answer
Two or three working days for ordinary messages. Copyright and legal matters come first and usually close inside 48 hours, weekends included. Slowness means two people are reading everything, not that you were ignored.
Where we cannot assist
Handing over an entire book that we do not host, permitting reuse of somebody else’s work, or mending your device. When a page looks wrong after a redesign, a hard refresh solves it more often than an email will.
The feedback we like
Blunt one-liners. “Chapter 14 is the wrong chapter” tells us more than three paragraphs of throat-clearing. Everything gets read, including the angry ones.
